RETURNS

• Securely pack items. If available, please use the original packaging.
• Print a return note and place it inside your package.
• Take your package to your local post office (AusPost/DHL/Royal Mail/Canada Post/etc), purchase the return label and send it back to the address provided on the return note.
• Be sure to request a trackable return so we can keep track of your package.
• Return must be submitted within 45 days from purchase date.

REFUND

• Once we have received your return, it can take 5-10 business days for us to process it before issuing a refund. Please remember that we don’t issue a refund for the shipping cost of your original package or your return package.
